Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this International Master’s Excellence Scholarship (2022/3), applicants must:
- must be a student at the university.
- Have applied and hold an unconditional firm offer for an eligible full-time postgraduate-taught
- degree at the University of Suffolk’s Ipswich campus is due to commence in 2022/23.
- academic year
- Be self-funding and classified as overseas for fee purposes.
- Have applied for the International Master’s Excellence Scholarship (2022/3) prior to the

- Have successfully passed a pre-CAS Interview with the University’s Admissions Office (visa
- students only)
- Paid a minimum of £3,000 CAS deposit to the university (visa students only).

How to Apply
Candidates must first submit a scholarship application, which will be made available on the University of Suffolk website, in order to be considered for the scholarship. The scholarship application will consist of a brief submission of no more than 250 words outlining the following points:
Any notable academic achievements from previous studies (academic and/or English language)
Any extra-curricular activities illustrating a commitment to personal and professional development
development
How gaining a master’s degree from the University of Suffolk will have an impact on others/the community post-graduation
An indication of the funding source to cover the remaining tuition fee balance upon enrolment
