About Shell Graduate Programme for Young Nigerians (Formal Training Opportunities)

Right from the start, you will embark on a comprehensive On-boarding Programme that systematically exposes you to all areas of the organisation. Depending on your chosen path, you will participate in a two- to five-year development programme.

This will include two or three rotations that combine on-the-job learning with formal training opportunities. You will be given stimulating, hands-on roles, and have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our company values.

To be eligible for Shell Graduate Programme (Formal Training Opportunities), applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:

  • Be a graduate at a university or Polytechnic in Nigeria

Stage 1 – Online Assessments

After you have submitted your application, you will be asked to complete three online assessments. Altogether this will take about 40 minutes and will need to be completed within 10 days of receiving them.

Stage 2 – Final Assessment

This is the last assessment stage. It consists of a face to face session with two professionals at Shell. During this session you will be asked to discuss your thoughts on a case study, which you will have a chance to review 48 hours prior to the session.
