LEAP Africa created the Youth Leadership Development Programme to provide undergraduates in tertiary institutions with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to actively participate in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, contribute to nation-building and community development, speak out on social issues, and collaborate to lead change.

The Youth Leadership Development Programme will help young people become contributing members of society and empower young people to actively engage in addressing issues of national concern while fostering peer-to-peer learning and community building.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Development Programme are as follows:
- Applicants must be Nigerians
- Applicants must be current undergraduate students
- Applicants must be between ages 18 – 30 years
- Applicants must be currently enrolling in degree program in tertiary institution
- Applicants under any area of study.
