The Czech Republic’s government, through the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, offers scholarships as part of its Foreign Development Assistance program to support the study of foreign nationals from developing countries at Czech public higher education institutions.
The scholarships are only intended to encourage the studies of foreign citizens from developing and specific third countries. As a result, neither a Czech Republic citizen, a European Union citizen, nor any other foreign national having a permanent residence permit in Czech Republic territory is eligible to apply for a scholarship.
