Applications are invited from appropriately qualified international students for the currently advertised DAAD programs and ongoing DAAD project financing programs. The regular call for proposals occurs in early April, mid-June, and early October.
The goal is to create or implement international degree programs with joint curricula from German and foreign universities for groups of highly qualified German and foreign students who alternately study at German and foreign partner universities and earn national degrees (joint degree or double degree).

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the ongoing DAAD project financing initiatives, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must be international students
- Applicants who are Bachelor’s students, Master’s students, scientists, professors.
- Applicants from State and state-recognized German universities are eligible to apply.
- Integrated international study programmes with double degrees.
- Double degree programs with France are excluded; these are funded exclusively by the Franco-German University (DFH, www.dfh-ufa.org).

Information on submitting an application If the application for project funding cannot be submitted on time due to technical problems or force majeure, an extension of the application deadline can be requested by email from the DAAD until the application deadline.
