If you want to pursue a master’s degree at one of the top universities in the Netherlands, you may apply for the University of Twente Scholarship 2023 for EU/EEA and non-EU/EEA Students to join the university’s promising class of students.
Students from both EU/EEA and non-EU/EEA countries who have outstanding academic records and are qualified to enroll in a postgraduate program in the Netherlands are eligible for the University of Twente Masters scholarship. Successful applicants will only be given the chance to enroll in one of the three honors programs.

Eligibility Criteria for the University of Twente Scholarship
To be eligible for the University of Twente Scholarship, applicants must ensure that they meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must have been offered admission to study one of the qualifying UT Master programmes starting in the academic year 2023/2024 at the University of Twente
- Must have a student number
- Must Not have graduated from a University of Twente undergraduate programme
- Must comply with the conditions for obtaining an entry visa in the Netherlands (if applicable)
- Must comply with the general English language test requirement Academic IELTS.
- Must Not be eligible for a Dutch study loan
- Must belong to the best 5 to 10 percent of your class.

Scholarship Benefits
- € 3,000 – € 22,000 for one year (approximately 50 scholarships available). If you have applied for a two-year programme, make sure you read the information about two-year study programmes below.
How to Apply
Interested candidates must first apply for admission to a master’s program in order to be considered for the University of Twente Scholarship 2023. You can apply for the scholarship using your student number after submitting an application and receiving a letter of (conditional) admission.
