Depending on your academic achievements, the University of Dayton is pleased to provide merit scholarships to incoming students. Most UD international undergraduate students are accepted with an international merit scholarship.
Selected first-year and transfer international applicants are given international merit scholarships by the University of Dayton. These scholarships might save you up to $30,000 on your tuition each year.
University of Dayton Merit scholarships
Currently, international merit scholarships are worth up to $30,000 per year towards tuition costs. All students are automatically considered for a merit scholarship when we receive your application and required documents.

Eligibility Criteria | University of Dayton Merit scholarships
To be eligible for University of Dayton Merit scholarships, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must be international students
- Applicants must be either a first-year or transfer undergraduate students
- Applicants must have a high school certificate or equivalent
- Applicants must be ready to enrol in full-time degree program
- Applicants must have a proof of English Language proficiency.
Scholarship Benefits
$30,000 per year towards tuition costs.
