Applications are now being accepted for the University of Adelaide research Scholarship from student who want to pursue PHD at University of Adelaide in the academic year 2023–2024.
This scholarship is available to support a full-time PhD student commencing research in the design and synthesis of semiconductor based photocatalysts for solar energy conversion to clean fuels and value-added chemicals in Professor Shizhang Qiao’s materials engineering research group in University of Adelaide.
Postgraduate research applicants may apply for the very competitive University of Adelaide Research Scholarship. The targeted scholarship, which is available to both domestic and international students, will last up to 3.5 years and be valued at $32,500Â per year (indexed annually) plus $5,000 per year.

Scholarship Benefits
The intended scholarship will be for up to 3.5 years, and is comprised of:

- CSIRO Supplementary Scholarship – $5,000/pa + additional operating funds
