The Schlumberger Foundation is now accepting new and renewal applications for the 2025-2026 Faculty for the Future Fellowships. Applications are being accepted from interested applicants in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) sectors to begin study abroad in 2025.
The Schlumberger Foundation is a non-profit organization that promotes science and technological education. The Faculty for the Future program, which began in 2004, provides fellowships to women from poor and emerging economies to pursue PhD or post-doctoral research in STEM-related fields at top universities worldwide.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Schlumberger Foundation Faculty for the Future Fellowships 2025-2026;
- Candidates should have applied to, have been admitted to, or be currently enrolled in a university abroad when submitting their grant application.
- Candidates must hold an excellent academic record, demonstrate leadership skills, community outreach activities and have a track record in encouraging girls and women into STEM fields.
- Candidates should also prove their commitment to returning to their home countries upon completion of their studies to contribute to the economic, social, and technological advancement of their home regions by strengthening the STEM teaching and research faculties of their home institutions as well as through their leadership in science-based entrepreneurship.

Interested candidates who believe they meet the above eligibility criteria can proceed to apply online via www.fftf.slb.com before the deadline. Letters of references can be submitted online via www.fftf.slb.com by referees until NOVEMBER 15TH, 2024. You may read the 2025-2026 call for application for further application instructions.
