About Hulede Foundation KNUST Scholarship
The Hulede Foundation KNUST scholarship seeks to identify brilliant students who are genuinely underprivileged and assist them in their pursuit of higher education.
We are not just interested in giving out the money but rather in cultivating a relationship with the recipients with the view to assisting the through mentorship, career development and life opportunities. Ultimately, the Foundation desires to train and encourage its beneficiaries to develop and maintain the culture of giving back to society.

Eligibility Criteria
This call is for fresh applicants only. It is open to all Ghanaian students in their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years, who are Brilliant but Needy, studying in KNUST and pursuing a full-time REGULAR programme.

Requirements
The minimum grade for a continuing student applying for the first time must be at least Second Class Upper.
First-year applicants should have a WASSCE aggregate of Fifteen (15) or better.
All prospective applicants should include the following documents in their applications:
- Admission Letter
- Acceptance Letter
- WASSCE Results or Certificate
- Detailed proof of financial need
- Recommendation letters and other awards or certificates (if any)
- For All Applicants, on one page, write to explain “Why Do You Think You Should Be Considered For This Scholarship?” The write up should be sent to hfknust2025@gmail.com Without this write-up your application will not be considered.
- Continuing student applicants should also add their complete University Academic Transcripts, (including current – Second Semester results)
- CONTINUING STUDENTS who are beneficiaries of other scholarships are not eligible to apply.

Please Note
- All documents must be in a sealed envelope with the Applicant’s full name, programme, student reference number and phone number boldly written on it.
- Submission of documents should be done at the Student Support and Financial Services Office (Room 19) at the Directorate of Student Affairs, J. Harper Building.
- Any write-up should be typed in the font Times New Roman, size 12 and double-spaced.
- No Application will be accepted after the deadline. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview.
