The Global Health Corps Fellowship Program in Sub-Saharan Africa recruits talented young leaders with a wide range of skill sets and backgrounds to join and contribute to the movement for health equity. GHC offers young professionals a range of paid, high-impact fellowship roles with health organizations in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia, and the opportunity to develop as a transformative leader.
GHC recruits and selects highly qualified applicants with diverse skill sets to be placed in high-impact organizations for a 13-month fellowship. During their fellowship year, fellows make significant contributions to their placement organizations and the communities they serve.
Through a highly selective process, GHC recruits and places young professionals from 13 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa to serve for 13 months in high-impact roles on the front lines of global health. Currently, GHC places fellows in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia. Each year, we’re inspired and amazed by the passion of thousands of applicants, of whom we can accept just 2-3%.
