The Echidna Global Scholars Program 2023, which offers the chance to do a four-to six-month fully financed research project at Brookings in the USA, is open to submissions from scholars worldwide. The Center for Universal Education (CUE) of the Brookings Institution is the host institution for the BrookingsInstitute Echidna Global Scholars Program, a visiting fellowship.
To help the scholars make a difference when they return to their home countries, the program’s structure is split into two key parts: leadership development and research on global education challenges.
