The person with special needs may apply for a scholarship through the Public Authority for Special Needs if he fulfills the conditions required for the same.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2025 Kuwait Government Scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:
- He shall be of the Kuwaiti nationality or of a Kuwaiti mother
- He shall pass the secondary school
- He should study in schools associated to the Authority for 2 consecutive years
- He should reside in Kuwait
- He should pass the personal interview
Required Documents
- Certificate of the secondary school
- Ratified copy of the statement of the grades of the secondary school in both the Arabic and English language
- Copy of the tests results of TOEFL – Optional
- Copy of any academic acceptance of the applicant – optional
- 4 passport portrait photos of the 4×6 size
- Copy of the civil ID card of the person with special needs
- Copy of the nationality or any proof thereof
- Copy of the passport
- Copy of the disability proof certificate with an educational psychological report clarifying the disability type
- Copy of the guardian’s nationality
- Copy of the guardian civil card
